About Leah

Leah Goldman is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, specializes in empowering CEOs, founders, leaders, and lifelong learners to reach their highest potential. Leah offers practical strategies and tools designed to turn challenges into tangible opportunities for advancement. She excels in helping clients overcome obstacles, reframe limiting beliefs, and gain clear insights. Her approach is geared towards driving meaningful changes in both personal and professional spheres, ensuring clients find effective solutions

Often, our biggest obstacle to change is our own biases, expectations, and assumptions.

Our approach draws on a diverse array of disciplines including psychology, neuroscience, attachment and development theory, biomimicry, biology, nature-based systems, and equine behavioral sciences. We focus on fostering clarity, emotional resilience, and self-mastery, essential for leadership success in all areas of life.

Private Coaching

My mission is to empower CEOs, founders, life long learners and team leaders to break through barriers and rewrite the narratives that have been holding them back. I champion a 'power-with' dynamic over a 'power-over' approach, nurturing relationships that are mutually supportive. Remote private coaching sessions are available, as well as immersive EQUUS Experiences at our scenic farm in Amesbury, Massachusetts.
